Terms of personal data processing
I give my consent to the BuhtaObmena service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) to process the following personal data: last name, first name, patronymic, gender, date of birth, citizenship, type of identity document (its series, number, date and place of issue), virtual wallet, bank card number and its expiration date, specified when submitting an application by filling out a web form on the website https://buhtaobmena.me
By processing personal data I mean collection, systematization, accumulation, clarification, updating, modification, use, distribution, transfer, including cross-border, depersonalization, blocking, destruction, indefinite storage), and any other actions (operations) with personal data.
The processing of Users’ personal data is carried out for the purpose of registering the User in the Service database with the subsequent sending of mailings to the User, including advertising content, information and newsletters and other advertising and news content, as well as for the purpose of confirming the identity of the User when using the service.
The processing of the User’s personal data can be carried out using automation tools and/or without the use of automation tools in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
The Service website https://coindrop.trade takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures or ensures their adoption to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as from other illegal actions in relation to personal data, and also undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the User’s personal data.
I am aware that:
1. The term of this consent is unlimited. I confirm that by giving consent, I act without coercion, of my own free will and in my interests.
2. I can revoke my consent by sending a statement by e-mail to buhtaobmena@gmail.com. Upon receipt of the revocation of consent, the processing of the relevant personal data will cease and be deleted within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the statement.
