This Guide explains how authorized law enforcement officers can submit requests and contact buhtaobmena.me to obtain information about customers and their transactions.

Buhta Obmena is responsible for processing law enforcement requests from all jurisdictions in accordance with the terms of use, privacy policy and applicable law.

3. Necessary Information
To promptly consider information requests from authorized law enforcement officers, the request must contain the following:
Name of the law enforcement agency;
Email address from the state domain;
Contact information (email, number)
Name of specific wallets/transaction hashes/card details for which you require information;
Any public addresses or transaction identifiers in text format or Excel file (not PDF);
4. Emergency Law Enforcement Requests
For extremely urgent requests, such as when there is a risk of death or serious physical danger to a person, please write directly to the telegram chat (@buhtaobmena).
